We won't make you wait for the report, reports are delivered in less than 24 hours. In some cases, you'll receive your complete report within a few hours.

Our goal is that you and your loved ones are safe & structurally sound in your home, with 100% satisfaction. At Brace Brook Home Inspections, LLC we offer every client a complementary estimate and treat every inspection like it was for our own family’s home.

A residential home inspection is done prior to the purchase of a new home, the completion of a newly built home, or a multiple-unit housing structure. You can also have an inspection completed as a preventative annual service.
A Commercial Inspection is done prior to the purchase of a new building or structure. You can also have a Commercial Inspection completed annually to ensure that the major systems in your building are functioning properly.
There may come a time when you need a specific testing service or inspection on your residential or commercial structure. You can also add any of our auxiliary testing services to your inspection.
